BAIT x Astro Boy Glow-In-The-Dark Skateboard Set: A Fusion of Futuristic Coolness and Retro Vibe

BAIT and Astro Boy collaborated in 2020, once again, to release a limited-edition skateboard set under the Atom Project. The skateboard set features three decks with a trippy, glow-in-the-dark design that showcases different angles of the popular cartoon robot, Astro Boy. 

When the lights are dimmed low, a neon green skeleton is revealed underneath.

Each skateboard deck is on a white base and adorned with its own colourful Astro Boy graphic. The iconic character is depicted wearing his signature red shoes and color-blocked briefs.

Behind Astro Boy, there are sketches of a robot across the triptych, contributing various grayscale illustrations to the decks.

To complete the set, Atom Project and BAIT patches are stamped onto the bottom of each skateboard, featuring their respective logos.

This collaboration seems to bring together artistic design, the nostalgic appeal of Astro Boy, and the functionality of skateboards into a unique and visually striking product.
