Sneaker Releases Happening This Week (8 - 14 April)

1. Air Jordan 1 High OG WMNS Chrome
This latest women’s-exclusive colorway of the Air Jordan 1 High are for those that don’t mind the spotlight being placed on them. Arriving in a Metallic Silver, Photon Dust, Sail, and Wolf color scheme, the sneaker is defined by the shiny Metallic Silver cracked leather upper decorated with some hardware via the classic Wings logo on the ankle collar. You also get Sail hits on the midsole, lining and laces. A translucent rubber outsole completes the look.
2. Air Jordan 5 SE Sail
This new Air Jordan 5 takes on an official color palette of Sail, Black, Light Orewood Brown, and Coconut Milk as the sneaker is dominated by a Sail leather construction all over the upper with contrasting Black accents noted on the signature shark teeth on the midsole, Jumpman logos on the tongues, inner liner, and a portion of the outsole. Additional details include Coconut Milk accents on the laces, translucent netting found on the side panels and tongues, and on the translucent outsole.
3. Air Jordan 11 Low Space Jam
Space Jam 11s are releasing again, this time in low top form. Considered one of the best Air Jordan 11 colorways of all time, the Air Jordan 11 Space Jam were first worn by Michael Jordan during the 1995 NBA Playoffs. The gained even more popularity when they were put on the spotlight in the 1996 hit movie, “Space Jam.” For 2024, Jordan Brand is set to drop the low top version of the highly coveted release. Yet to be unveiled, the Air Jordan 11 Low Space Jam is expected to be constructed out of a Black mesh paired up with matching Black patent leather mudguards. You can also expect Varsity Royal that will replace the original Concord Purple detailing seen on the original Air Jordan 11 Space Jam. 4. Nike Terminator High White Malachite
This flavor of the Nike Terminator High features a clean White leather upper defined by the perforations on the toe box, the exposed stitching and the word “Nike” embossed in large letters across the heel. Giving the sneaker some color and contrast of the introduction of the Malachite Green on the Swoosh logos and Nike branding on the White tongue tags. . They give the shoes a bold and unique touch. Finishing touches include the Pink stitching on the White midsole and a rubber outsole done in an Alabaster hue.
5. Nike Air Max 1 86 Jackie Robinson
The Nike Air Max 1 86 Jackie Robinson pays homage to Robinson’s lasting impact and historical contributions to baseball and society. Done in a clean Midnight Navy, Obsidian, Sail, Metallic Gold, and Gum Light Brown color scheme, the sneaker is defined by its construction made up of a mix of premium materials. Taking a closer look you will find intricate details such as the iconic “42” baseball diamond patch on the tongue’s pull-tab alongside metallic lace dubrae, lace eyelets. You also get perforation hits on the suede underlays, mesh tongues, a White midsole and a Gum rubber outsole. To add a customization aspect to the design, the sneaker also comes with two sets of laces with gold tips, further adding to the commemoration of Jackie Robinson. Finishing touches include the custom insoles housing a patch marking Jackie Robinson Day on April 15th, 2024.
6. Nike Air Max Dn Hyper Blue
This Nike Air Max Dn takes on an official color makeup of Hyper Blue, White, Midnight Navy, and Light Armory Blue. Hyper Blue covers the seamless mesh and synthetic upper with a darker blue seen on the mudguards and a light blue hitting the heels and midsole shank. The Air Max Dn is highlighted by Dynamic Air cushioning technology which comes equipped with dual-chamber and four-tubed Nike Air units.
7. Nike Air Dunk Low Jumbo Chinese New Year
Arriving in a Sail, Vapor Green, White, University Red, and Bright Crimson color scheme, the Nike Air Dunk Low Jumbo is defined by its deconstructed upper. This pair is given a White base alongside Grey overlaps and scale-textured Swoosh logos that pay homage to the zodiac’s sole mythical creature. Elsewhere you will find stitched tags on the lateral side, an Off-White foam tongue with off-centered branded tags and pull tabs, am embroidered mini Swoosh next to the larger Swoosh on the lateral and a rubber outsole. All these combined features work together to captures the essence of the Chinese New Year.
8. Nike Kobe 6 Protro Italian Camo
The Nike Kobe 6 Protro Italian Camo honors Italy’s culture as it blends artistic detailing with Kobe’s signature athleticism. Design details include a camouflage pattern found on the upper inspired by Italy’s diverse landscapes—vineyards, mountains, and coastlines. Done in a Black, Khaki, and Olive color scheme, the color combo represents the harmony of natural beauty and urban life. Elsewhere you will find Crimson Red accents that take care of the branding hits while also symbolizing the passion Italians bring to basketball in addition to being a representation of the Italian flag. Being that this is a Protro iteration of the release, this updated version features modified cushioning and construction.
